NajtanszyDom.pl is a Euromodul Group brand for clients who need a transparent alternative to conventional construction. We do not start with a single catalogue model. We start with the required floor area, number of levels, room programme, heating system and completion standard. These decisions form the basis of the architectural concept, structural design and detailed quotation.
The load-bearing frame is manufactured from engineered cold-formed steel profiles. The envelope uses PIR sandwich panels and project-specific details for airtightness, thermal performance and weather protection. Factory preparation reduces the amount of work exposed to changing weather and makes it easier to coordinate windows, doors, flashings and building services before the main site phase.
The system supports simple single-storey homes, a mezzanine over half of the building or a full upper floor. Façades can use standing-seam metal, render or timber-effect cladding. The final design is adapted to the planning requirements, structural loads and character of the site rather than being limited by a fixed module.

The calculator uses PLN 360,000 gross for the extended developer finish and PLN 450,000 gross for turnkey completion. The final figure depends on design, levels, windows, panels, foundation, services and equipment.
What is the extended developer finish?
It is broader than a basic closed shell: a secured envelope, windows, agreed internal services and works that allow the project to move quickly towards final completion.
Can the building be used all year?
Yes. We design year-round homes. Envelope thickness, windows, heating, ventilation and junction details are selected for the energy design and local climate.
Are transport and assembly included?
The calculation includes transport and assembly within Poland, subject to suitable site access and safe working conditions. International delivery is quoted separately.
Can I add a mezzanine or upper floor?
Yes. Each option requires a dedicated structural solution, floor build-up and stairs.
What materials are used?
The primary structure uses engineered cold-formed steel profiles. The envelope uses PIR sandwich panels with system flashings and finishing layers.
Does a modular home automatically avoid planning permission?
No. The construction method does not determine the legal procedure. In Poland the route depends on the building parameters, use, plot and current regulations.
How long does delivery take?
Timing depends on design readiness, approvals, scope, material availability and site preparation. Prefabrication mainly shortens the phase carried out directly on the plot.
Is the calculator a binding quotation?
No. It is an initial budget estimate. A binding offer follows review of the design, location, soil, access, utilities and exact specification.
